Agent Memory Card

The Memory Card surfaces what Conversation Memory has learned about the customer you’re currently helping, so you can pick up context instantly — and correct or remove anything that’s wrong.

The card appears in the conversation detail panel (the right-hand panel when a conversation is open). It shows automatically when the conversation belongs to a verified contact who has memories.

Each memory row displays:

  • Delete an individual memory — remove a single incorrect or outdated fact directly from the card. Deletion is immediate and hard-deletes the row.
  • Correct a fact — update a value or confidence (Art.16 right to rectification).
  • Bulk erasure — erase all of a contact’s memories, or request full erasure, from the compliance tools (see Privacy & Compliance).
