Prepaid Credits

Some usage on Clienta.ai (such as message overages beyond your plan limits) is billed from a prepaid credit wallet instead of your monthly subscription invoice. Go to SettingsBillingCredits to view your balance and manage top-ups.

Prepaid credits are a balance you top up in advance. As you use metered features, credits are deducted from your wallet in real time. This gives you full visibility and control over spend without surprise invoices.

Your wallet balance page shows:

  • Current balance, in your account’s billing currency (USD or THB)
  • Wallet status — Active or Blocked
  • Quick links to top up or view your full transaction history
  1. Go to SettingsBillingCreditsTop Up.

  2. Choose a preset amount, or enter a custom amount.

  3. Click Top Up — you’ll be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page.

  4. Complete payment. You’ll be redirected back to your balance page once the charge succeeds.

Your new balance is usually reflected within a few seconds of a successful payment. If you cancel checkout before completing payment, no charge is made and you return to the top-up page.

If your prepaid balance reaches $0 (or the equivalent in your billing currency), metered service backed by credits is blocked until you top up again. Your balance page and a dashboard-wide banner both clearly indicate when your account is blocked, with a direct link to top up.

Before your balance reaches $0, Clienta.ai shows a low-balance warning on your credits balance page and as a dismissible banner across the dashboard, so you have time to top up before service is interrupted. You’ll also receive a low-balance notification email.

Checking Your Balance and Transaction History
