Billing & Subscription
Section titled “Billing & Subscription”Manage your Clienta.ai subscription, payment methods, and invoices from one place. Go to Settings → Billing to access all billing features.
Current Subscription
Section titled “Current Subscription”The Current Subscription section shows:
- Your active plan name and tier
- Billing cycle (monthly or annual)
- Next renewal date and amount
- Current usage vs. plan limits for messages, documents, Knowledge Pages, and AI Agents
Upgrade Plan
Section titled “Upgrade Plan”To upgrade your plan:
- Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan
- Select the plan you want to upgrade to
- Review the pro-rated charge for the remainder of your current billing cycle
- Confirm — the upgrade takes effect immediately
Upgrades are immediate. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Payment Methods
Section titled “Payment Methods”Clienta.ai supports two payment providers:

| Omise | Thai Debit/Credit Cards, PromptPay, TrueMoney Wallet | For Thai customers. Charges in THB. |
To add or change a payment method:
- Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Methods
- Click Add Payment Method
- Select your provider and follow the secure payment form
Cancel Subscription
Section titled “Cancel Subscription”-
Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.

Select a cancellation reason (this helps us improve the product).

Confirm cancellation. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

You will receive a confirmation email immediately.
After cancellation, your subscription stays active through the end of the paid period. During this time:
- All features remain available
- No further charges are made
- After the billing cycle ends, the account reverts to the Free plan
Your data (documents, conversations, settings) is retained for 90 days after deactivation. You can reactivate at any time during this retention period at Settings → Billing.
Invoices
Section titled “Invoices”All invoices are available under Settings → Billing → Invoices:
- Download PDF invoices for any past billing period
- Each invoice includes itemized usage, plan charges, and any overage fees
- Invoices are also sent automatically to your billing email address after each renewal
Overage Fees
Section titled “Overage Fees”If your usage exceeds the plan limits within a billing cycle, overage fees apply at the end of the cycle:
