Billing FAQ

You can change your plan at any time from Settings → Billing.

  • Upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain your current plan’s quota until then.

No. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle — you keep full access until then. After that, your quota drops to Free plan limits. Your data (documents, conversations, settings) is retained for 90 days after deactivation. You can reactivate at any time during this retention period by going to Settings → Billing and choosing a new plan.


If you exceed your plan’s monthly message quota, additional messages are charged at a per-message rate:

The Free plan does not support overage — the bot stops responding once the monthly quota is reached.


Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices. All past invoices are listed there and available to download as PDF.


Yes. PromptPay payments are processed via Omise. Credit and debit card payments are processed via Stripe. Both methods are available at checkout.


Yes. Paying annually gives 17% off compared to monthly billing — you pay for 10 months and get 12.

The annual discount applies to all paid plans.


Yes. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing cycle. After that, your account switches to the Free plan, and your data is retained for 90 days. Reactivate anytime at Settings → Billing → Reactivate Plan and your full data is restored.

After 90 days of inactivity on the Free plan, data beyond Free plan limits may be subject to the data retention policy.
