Manage Team

Add team members, assign the right roles, and manage multiple organizations from a single account.

  1. Go to Settings → Team.

  2. Click Invite Member and enter the person’s email address.

  3. Select the appropriate role for this member (see Role Assignment below).

  4. Click Send Invitation. The invitee will receive an email with a link to join your organization.


Assign roles based on each member’s responsibilities. Use the least-privileged role that covers what they need to do.

  1. Go to Settings → Team.

  2. Click the ··· menu next to the member’s name.

  3. Select Change Role and choose the new role, then confirm.

  2. Click the ··· menu next to the member’s name.

  3. Select Remove Member and confirm. The member will immediately lose access to the organization.


If you manage multiple brands or clients, Clienta.ai supports multiple organizations under one account.

  • Org Switcher — Switch between organizations from the top navigation bar without logging out.
  • No re-login required — Your session carries across all organizations you belong to.
  • Data isolation — Each organization has completely separate data: knowledge base, conversations, channels, and settings.
  • Per-org roles — A person can have different roles in different organizations (e.g., Owner in one, Agent in another).

To create a new organization, click your organization name in the top navigation and select Create New Organization.
