Section titled “General FAQ”What is Clienta.ai?
Section titled “What is Clienta.ai?”Clienta.ai is an AI Chatbot Platform built for customer support. You connect it to your organization’s knowledge base — documents, FAQs, product information — and it automatically answers customer questions based on that content. When a question is too complex or requires human judgment, the bot hands off the conversation to a live agent seamlessly.
Do I need AI knowledge to use Clienta.ai?
Section titled “Do I need AI knowledge to use Clienta.ai?”No. You do not need any programming or machine learning knowledge. Just upload your documents and the AI handles the rest. The platform is designed for business teams, not engineers.
What languages does Clienta.ai support?
Section titled “What languages does Clienta.ai support?”Clienta.ai currently supports Thai and English. The bot automatically detects the customer’s language and responds accordingly.
Is my data secure?
Section titled “Is my data secure?”Yes. Clienta.ai applies multiple layers of data protection:
- Encrypted database — All data is encrypted at rest.
- Data isolation — Each organization’s data is completely separate; no data is shared between organizations.
- Right to delete — You can permanently delete your organization’s data at any time from the settings.
- Rate limiting — API rate limiting is enforced to protect against abuse.
How many team members can I add?
Section titled “How many team members can I add?”There is no hard limit on the number of team members. Limits apply to messages per month, number of documents, and number of channels, depending on your plan. Check Settings → Billing for your current plan’s quotas.
Does it work with any website?
Section titled “Does it work with any website?”Yes. The web widget works by embedding a small JavaScript snippet before the </body> tag of your website. It is compatible with:
- WordPress
- Shopify
- React / Next.js
- Vue / Nuxt.js
- Plain HTML
What are the requirements for connecting Line OA?
Section titled “What are the requirements for connecting Line OA?”Your Line Official Account must be on the Messaging API type (not the Line@ legacy type). You will need access to the LINE Developers Console to retrieve the Channel Access Token and Channel Secret required for the integration.
Is there a developer API?
Section titled “Is there a developer API?”Yes. Clienta.ai provides a REST API that gives programmatic access to:
- Document management
- Knowledge base search
- Analytics data
- Organization management

Is there a free trial?
Section titled “Is there a free trial?”Yes. The Free plan is available with no credit card required:
- 30 messages per month
- 3 documents
- 1 channel
