Billing FAQ

You can change your plan at any time from Settings → Billing.

  • Upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain your current plan’s quota until then.

No. Your documents, conversation history, and settings are preserved after cancellation. Your quota drops to the Free plan limits, and a 3-day grace period applies before enforcement begins. You can reactivate at any time within that window.

If you exceed your plan’s monthly message quota, additional messages are charged at a per-message rate:

PlanOverage Rate (per message)
Starter$0.015
Growth$0.010
Pro$0.007
Enterprise$0.006

The Free plan does not support overage — the bot stops responding once the monthly quota is reached.

Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices. All past invoices are listed there and available to download as PDF.
