Team & Organization

Clienta.ai is built for teams. Manage your organization, invite members, assign roles, and — if you work across multiple clients or brands — switch between organizations instantly.

Each Clienta.ai account belongs to one or more organizations. The organization is the top-level container for your bots, knowledge bases, channels, and billing.

Settings found under SettingsOrganization:

  • Organization Name — Display name shown across the dashboard
  • Organization Logo — Uploaded logo used in the widget and emails
  • Default Language — Sets the default language for new bots
  • Timezone — Used for scheduling, analytics date ranges, and SLA calculations

If you manage multiple brands, clients, or product lines, you can belong to multiple organizations under one Clienta.ai account.

Org Switcher — A dropdown at the top of the left sidebar lets you switch between organizations instantly. All settings, bots, and data are fully isolated between organizations.

Use cases:

  • Agencies — Manage separate Clienta.ai workspaces for each client
  • Enterprises — Separate organizations per business unit or brand
  • Resellers — White-label deployments for end customers

Every member of an organization is assigned one of three roles:

RolePermissions
AdminFull access — manage bots, knowledge base, channels, billing, and all team members. Can invite and remove members and change roles.
AgentAccess to the Conversations inbox, can take over and resolve conversations, view analytics. Cannot edit bots, knowledge base, or billing.
MemberRead-only access to analytics and conversation history. Cannot reply to conversations or make any changes.
  1. Go to SettingsTeamMembers.

  2. Click Invite Member.

  3. Enter the team member’s email address.

  4. Select their role: Admin, Agent, or Member.

  5. Click Send Invitation — the invitee will receive an email with a link to join the organization.

The invitation link expires after 7 days. If a member did not receive the email or the link has expired, you can resend the invitation from the Pending Invitations list.

From the Members list you can:

  • Change Role — Promote or demote a member’s role at any time
  • Remove Member — Revoke a member’s access to the organization immediately
  • View Last Active — See when each member last logged in

An organization must always have at least one Admin. If you are the only Admin, you must promote another member to Admin before you can remove yourself.
